Christmas morning the cats ran out of bed and tackled all the wrapped gifts that Santa
brought for them.  They were thrilled except for Dozer who did not get his hamsters, mice
or Uzi and he just kicked his catnip toys around and later tried to set them on fire on the
back porch.  Buddy Bee and the other cats were forever thankful because Dozer didn't get
any guns from Santa which meant that they also did not get the bullet proof vests either.
After I gave them their Christmas morning meal of catnip sprinkled over extra large baked
shrimp - which they gobbled down within two minutes they gathered under the tree and
played with all the toys they got from Santa.

The best surprise was a wonderful snow fall and after lunch I bundled them all up and they
went out to play in the snow, I took pictures of them with the snowmen they made with the
other kitties and they had a wonderful day together.  I then brought them all in and gave
them hot milk and cat cookies to warn them up and we all sang Christmas carols together.
By 3:00 in the afternoon they were all exhausted and took a nap for a few hours; then
came back out to play with all their toys again.

What was the cutest thing was that they then came up to mommy, kissed me and thanked
me for getting their letters to Santa for all the toys.  They then formed a line and got into a
"doo-op" song that they made up for mommy.  It was just so great and that was the best
present I ever got === they looked like the "Temptations" singing on stage and doing the
dance steps together with the song they wrote for me.  It just brought tears to my eyes
because the were just so cute but also because they just love mommy that much too.  The
only one who didn't participate was Dozer = he was busy burning his Santa gifts on the
back porch.

Well, next comes New Year's Eve.  No parties this year because of Tom's mom with
Alzheimer's and when I explained that to Dozer he really got pissed.  Well, what else is
new.  Will keep you informed.
