Tae Bo Workout
Hey guys, this morning I am really sore.  Ouch, hairball, ouch, ouch.  Buddy and Dozer
worked out with me yesterday to my new Tae Bo tapes since I have to shed some winter
pounds (and the cats do too).  This was their first try with mommy doing the tapes and I
was really pleased with their kicking, jabs and punches.  They quickly realized that this
was more fun than just chasing each other around the house which was their usual routine.
For the first ten minutes they were really good.  Buddy on my left and Dozer on my right.
Legs up, kick, step back, box, left kick, right kick, left punch, right punch, etc.  Such
excellent students they were and I was just so freaking proud of them.  They looked like
two furry kung foo hairballs!   As I really got into the workout I noticed some hair floating
around me and knew they were exercising just as hard as mommy if not more so since
they were shedding as much hair as mommy was sweating.
As I glanced behind me to praise them - they were boxing and beating the fur off each
other!  I caught them just in time because just as I grabbed Dozer after his "hit, jab, hit,
kick, turn kick" Dozer yelled "get you're fat ass off me I want to bite off his ear -- this turkey
doesn't know who he is messing with".  Apparently these exercise tapes must have
touched Dozer's primal instinct to freaking kill his step brother.  I carried Dozer at arms
length into another room to calm down then realized that I should have put on rubber
gloves to do so and that my rib cage took all his Tae Bo kicks in the process.  Actually I
have to admit his kicks as a "beginner" were freaking impressive and he has great
potential if I can only get him to "focus".
I then went to wrap my ribs and get Buddy out from under the bed to mend his wounds too
-- by the way -- how long will it take for Buddy to grow out his missing tufts of fur?
